In order to complete your KYC, you need to provide clear documents. You need to provide the following documents: 1. A photo of the front & back of your Aadhaar card 2. A photo of yourself 3. If you have availed an offer between the 1st to the 15th of month, you will receive the cashback on 20th of same month. This could happen in two scenarios: 1. We couldn't verify the PAN details submitted by you. Kindly enter the correct details - Name, DOB & PAN number as mentioned on the PAN card. 2. If your LazyPay repayment could not be processed and money has been deducted from your bank/card, it will be adjusted against your LazyPay dues in 2 working days. Any late fee levied during these 2 working days will also be reversed.
 
If your bank/card was deducted more than two days ago, we suggest you do another repayment. You can contact your bank regarding your reversal of debited amount. 
Please note: Banks generally take 7-15 working days to reverse this amount in your source account.
