In order to complete your KYC, you need to provide clear documents. You need to provide the following documents: 1. A photo of the front & back of your Aadhaar card 2. A photo of yourself 3. A photo of your signature 4. Once you submit all the documents, they are reviewed 5. If your documents clearly show your name and address and the photo on your id card matches your photo, your KYC will be approved 6. If you have availed an offer between the 1st to the 15th of month, you will receive the cashback on 20th of same month. This could happen in two scenarios: 1. We couldn't verify the PAN details submitted by you. Kindly enter the correct details - Name, DOB & PAN number as mentioned on the PAN card. 2. You have entered a PAN that is already associated with another user. Please login to the app with the mobile number you used first with the PAN number

LazyPay does not deliver any goods or services. It only facilitates easy payments on your favourite websites and apps. For queries regarding service/refund/order cancellation, you must contact the support team from where you have made a purchase. update

If your LazyPay repayment could not be processed and money has been deducted from your bank/card, it will be adjusted against your LazyPay dues in 2 working days. Any late fee levied during these 2 working days will also be reversed.
 
If your bank/card was deducted more than two days ago, we suggest you do another repayment. You can contact your bank regarding your reversal of debited amount. 
Please note: Banks generally take 7-15 working days to reverse this amount in your source account.

4. Utility bill which is not more than two months old of any service provider (electricity, telephone, post-paid mobile phone, piped gas, gas cylinder, water bill) 
5. Latest bank statement (not more than 3 months old) 
6. Property or Municipal tax receipt 
7. Letter of allotment of accommodation from employer issued by State Government or Central Government Departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, public sector undertakings, scheduled commercial banks, financial institutions and listed companies and leave and licence agreements with such employers allotting official accommodation 
8.Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
