Activating your physical card involves setting a PIN for the card, and verifying a few other details. All you need to do is go to the Card section on your LazyPay app, hit Activate Card and follow the steps. It will not take you more than 1 minute.

Your PIN is used to verify offline (card machine) transactions if you swipe the LazyCard. In case you forget your PIN, you can always reset it from the LazyPay app. In the Manage Card section, you will see an option to reset your card PIN. Just follow the steps and you’re good to go.

Tap and Pay is a convenient way to make payments at the store. You can just tap your card on supported card machines, and that’s it! And yes - you can disable Tap and Pay instantly from the LazyPay app. In the Manage Card section of the app, you can enable or disable Tap and Pay whenever you want.

You can utilise all of your LazyPay credit limit through your LazyCard. But if you prefer, you can reduce the transaction limit for online transactions, and/or offline transactions just for the LazyCard. To change your transaction limit, go to the Manage Card section on the LazyPay app. You can set different limits for online and offline transactions. Please keep in mind that your offline transaction amount limit will apply to Tap and Pay transactions as well.

You can disable, or re-enable, online transactions on the LazyPay app. Go to the Manage Card section, and you can enable or disable online transactions with one tap. You can change the transaction limit on online transactions as well.

With the LazyCard, you can do two types of transactions at the store. 1. You can swipe the card and enter your PIN. 2. You can Tap and Pay on supported card machines. You can either disable just Tap and Pay, or you can disable all offline transactions in the Manage Card section on the LazyPay app. If you disable all offline transactions, Tap and Pay will be disabled as well.

You can temporarily block and unblock your card in the Manage Card section of the LazyPay app. In case you are not sure if you have lost your card, you can always temporarily block your card on the LazyPay app. In this way, you can stay protected. And if you end up finding your card, you can unblock your card just as easily.

In case your card is temporarily blocked, you can unblock it easily on the LazyPay app. In the Manage Card section of the app, you can see the current status of your card, and you can unblock it there.

You can permanently block your card on the LazyPay app. Go to the Manage Card section and you will see an option to do a permanent block. A permanent block deletes your card details and cannot be reversed. Keep in mind that this step will deactivate your virtual card number as well. If you suspect your card, or card details, have been stolen or compromised in any way, we urge you to permanently block your card as soon as possible.

A temporary block stops all the transactions on your card. Your card number and details are preserved, making it easy to reverse. In case you are not certain if you have lost your card, a temporary block is recommended. A permanent block deletes your card details. This means that the card number and details can no longer be used by you ever again - either online or at the store. This cannot be reversed. We would only recommend this step in case you are certain you have lost your card. Keep in mind that this step would mean that your virtual card number will be deactivated and a new one will be issued to you.

If you’ve lost your card, don’t worry - open your LazyPay app and temporarily block your card in the Manage Card section. Once you are sure that you have lost your physical card, or if your card number has been stolen, you can Permanently Block your card on the LazyPay app. Go to the Manage Card section and you will see an option to do a permanent block. A permanent block deletes your card details and cannot be reversed. Keep in mind that this step will deactivate your virtual card number as well. Once you’ve permanently blocked your card, you will get an option to generate a new card for yourself. The Virtual Card details will be generated instantly for you. In case you’ve lost your phone as well, let us know. And we urge you to quickly block your SIM card. This will prevent misuse of any financial account that relies on OTPs. For Vi, visit https://www.myvi.in/block-your-sim Alternatively, you can walk into the service centre of any of these providers and have your SIM blocked.

In case your card is damaged, or if you have any other reason, you can replace your LazyCard easily. However, you will first need to permanently block your current card on the LazyPay app. A permanent block deletes your card details and cannot be reversed. Keep in mind that this step will deactivate your virtual card number as well. Once you’ve permanently blocked your card, you will get an option to generate a new card for yourself. The Virtual Card details will be generated instantly for you.

Your LazyCard is accepted everywhere in India where cards are accepted - online and at all shops. If your payment is failing repeatedly, it could be one of three reasons: Your LazyPay credit limit isn’t accessible. This could be because you may have a pending bill, or you’re trying to transact for an amount higher than your credit limit. Your LazyCard is temporarily blocked, or certain kinds of transactions are disabled. You can check this in the Manage Card section of the LazyPay app. If you’re at the shop, it could be that your physical LazyCard isn’t activated.
