Your LazyCard will be delivered within 4 working days across most pin-codes in India. You can check the status of your card delivery via the LazyPay app, or via the tracking link sent to you by the courier. If you’re not always available at the address you’ve given, you can coordinate with the courier partners - who will attempt to contact you in order to make the delivery.

You can contact the courier partner - who can then make another attempt to deliver the card to you on a day that’s convenient to you. You would have received the courier details via SMS. Or they may have tried contacting you. If they haven’t, it could be possible that the courier agent’s call went unanswered. The call would have been coming from an unknown number. After the courier makes 3 delivery attempts, the card will be returned to us. But you can write to us and we will try sending the card to you again.

Yes, your card delivery address can be any address that is convenient for you and no additional address proof will be required for the same. You will be asked for this address when you sign up for your LazyCard. Your identity will be verified at the time of delivery via an OTP that will be sent to you. However, please keep in mind that once you’ve given us your communication address, it can’t be modified later.

Both of these things are highly unlikely to happen. But in case it does, there are multiple checks to ensure that the card isn’t misused. 1. The courier partners will send you an OTP which you have to give at the time of delivery. Without this OTP, the card can’t be marked as delivered. 2. Once you have the card, it can only be activated via logging in to your LazyPay app.

There are no extra charges for getting a physical card. You will not be charged either for card issuance, or for card delivery. However, you are limited to issuing one physical card every two months. For example, if you’ve got a new physical LazyCard on 1st Jan, you can only get your another one after 1st March.
