LazyPay has two bill cycles a month: 1. For all transactions done between the 1st and the 15th day of the month, statement will be generated on the 16th day of the month with a due date as the 18th of the month. 2. We support various modes of payments for clearing your LazyPay dues: 1. Debit Cards 2. Net banking 3. UPI 4.Credit Card (Not available for users with a credit limit >10K)

The LazyPay statement includes all credits (refunds, cashbacks, fee reversals, repayments) and debits (merchant transactions, EMIs that are due, any fees) done on your account during the bill cycle. Your statement amount is the difference between the debits and credits.

Yes, you can choose to setup auto bill payment: While repaying your bill throuh Credit/Debit card, we will provide the option to set up auto bill payment for future bill amount. Please note as of now we support limited debit cards only. Please note: this facility is not yet active on already saved credit/debit card, we will be adding this shortly.

Before auto debiting any account/card, we communicate in advance that we are going to auto debit the account and to ensure sufficient balance for the bill payment. Even after this, if the auto bill payment fails, we levy late repayment charges as applicable: 1. Late fee is Rs 10 per day. 2. EMI overdue charge is 26% pa per day. 3. Bank bounce charge is Rs 300.

No, you can't setup auto bill payment using someone else's bank account.

No, in normal circumstances, repayment date won't get extended.

No, you can only link one account/card for auto repayment of your dues.

No, if you have already cleared your dues, then we will not process auto-debit request for the bill amount.

Failure to repay on time attracts late repayment penalties. You can see more details in our late fee section.

If your LazyPay repayment could not be processed and money has been deducted from your bank/card, it will be adjusted against your LazyPay dues in 2 working days. Any late fee levied during these 2 working days will also be reversed. If your bank/card was deducted more than two days ago, we suggest you do another repayment. You can contact your bank regarding your reversal of debited amount. Please note: Banks generally take 7-15 working days to reverse this amount in your source account.
