This is the fastest way to transact on different merchants. Now, you can transact on any merchant, be it online or offline, who accepts UPI payment. Just Scan QR and use your LazyPay UPI id to make the payment.

You need go to LazyPay app -> Go to the Scan & Pay tile &'Activate Now' to register yourself. Once it is complete you can start using 'Scan & Pay'. At present, the option is available to select LazyPay users.

You can now use the 'Scan & Pay' feature to pay to merchants on using your LazyPay Credit Limit. So, you can transact on at any brick and mortar store by scanning UPI QR code or while shopping online, use your LazyPay UPI ID to transact on any online merchants. You can find your LazyPay UPI id in the ‘Scan & Pay' tab on the app.

No, you would not be able to Activate 'Scan & Pay' feature without the SIM present on the device.

Follow the instructions on your LazyPay app to complete your KYC. You’ll need to provide some details like PAN details, selfie etc. The whole process should take about a few minutes and you’ll get your UPI ID instantly.

Your KYC usually gets approved instantly. In certain cases, when we need to double-check  details with the bank, it may take about 4 - 5 days at most. Don’t worry, you don’t need to keep checking. Once it is approved, we will notify you.

You can now transact on all the merchants where UPI is accepted. For online payments, use your LazyPay UPI id on Ola, Uber, Myntra etc. You can also transact at stores around you, just look for Bharat/BHIM QR around you.

No, you can only transact on different merchants, transferring money to non-merchants is not allowed.

No, you can not withdraw money to your account using this UPI handle.

You can transact using two methods a) Scan any Bharat/PatyM/BHIM QR code and complete the transaction at any stores around you. B) You can use your LazyPay UPI id at checkout for any website / app, and approve the transaction request on the LazyPay app to complete the transaction.

Yes. If your transaction amount is more than Rs. 10,000, you’ll have an option during checkout to convert it into EMIs. You can choose from one of many flexible repayment options available.

Yes. If your transaction gets cancelled, we’ll refund the whole amount and restore your LazyPay limit.

In case of partial cancellations, we would restore your credit limit for the cancelled amount. This would get credited to your outstanding amount. However, the loan would continue and you would need to pay for the entire interest amount.

Simply cancel your transaction and write to us for a refund. Any refund that gets processed will automatically get credited to your LazyPay limit, and your outstanding balance (if any) will also get adjusted.

You can raise disputes through multiple ways: a) Go to the 'Need Help' section on the LazyPay app b) You can also select the transaction and initiate a request c) You can also drop us an email on wecare@lazypay.in with your transaction ID.

Any dispute arising would be handled as per the NPCI defined dispute settlement framework.

You can use UPI to pay registered business only. Some stores and merchants may not be included in our current list of accepted businesses and merchants. We’re working hard to expand this list soon.

UPI is the fastest way to use your LazyPay limit, to make both online and offline purchases. You can use UPI on LazyPay to pay any business that accepts UPI payments, or has a QR code at their store.

UPI on LazyPay is not like your average UPI. It has all the benefits of UPI, as well as credit. Here, the amount you spend gets deducted from your LazyPay limit, not from your bank account. You can then repay everything in a single bill generated on the 1st of the month.

To get UPI on LazyPay, just complete a 2 min KYC on the LazyPay app. It’s quick, easy and completely paperless. Once your KYC is done, you can create your very own UPI ID, to use for online and offline purchases.

We are rebuilding the LazyPlus UPI program to ensure we are compliant with the new regulations prescribed by RBI. Till then we are taking a pause and are required to block your UPI transactions.
You can still use your UPI limit through our one-click Checkout experience with LazyPay, at more than 40 thousand merchants. 

The existing limit can be used through our one-click checkout experience on LazyPay. This facility is available across 40,000+ merchants, like Swiggy, Zomato, BookMyShow, MakeMyTrip, Dunzo etc. Just select LazyPay at the time of checkout on these merchants.

You will continue to receive monthly statements with monthly instalments and can repay your EMIs on the LazyPay app.

Please note, this pause is temporary and our team is working on bringing back your LazyPlus UPI  experience again soon. You can still use your limit on our one click checkout experience with LazyPay, at more than 40 thousand merchants.

Any extra credit available in your account can be used through the LazyPay 1-click checkout option at various merchants.

All your LazyPlus UPI related refunds will be credited to your LazyPay limit and you can use these funds via the LazyPay 1-click checkout  option at various merchants.
