GiftCards are delivered to you instantly and can be redeemed online and in stores depending upon the redemption process mentioned by the brand. You can always refer to the 'How to redeem' section on the LazyPay app to know the exact redemption process.

Validity of a Voucher varies from brand to brand and can be between 6 months to 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the GiftCard details received via SMS and Email or go to the 'My GiftCards' section on your LazyPay app.

Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Please refer to the store list under your GiftCard's 'How to redeem' section on the LazyPay app. Make sure you are visiting the store mentioned in the list. In case the store is still not accepting the GiftCard, please share the store address, date of visit and the concerned person's name with us at <a href="mailto:wecare@lazypay.in" style="color:#db2855;">wecare@lazypay.in</a> so that we can check and assist you accordingly.

By purchasing a GiftCard you'll get a voucher code and pin, which you may then use to avail attractive discounts on your favourite brands.
